Naperville native Harley Jones now sits in the CEO seat at 360 Youth Services joining a tight-knit organization that continues to make an impact on struggling youth and families in our community.
“From the second I walked in, the mission of 360 Youth Services just radiates from the walls at each of our facilities,” said Jones. “The mission is throughout the organization, each and every one of our people are committed to it, and you can feel it and that feels really, really good.”
Jones comes to the nonprofit with 13 years of experience as a regional disaster officer for the American Red Cross. He will work alongside a board of directors to seek out ways of strengthening the counseling, housing, and support that 360 Youth Services provides to thousands in the Naperville area.
“So what I’m going to bring to the table and what I really hope to be new is to increase the number of people who know about the work that 360 does and then really to increase the number of people who support us. That’s important for us,” explained Jones
And it’s that work that has jones excited to help 360 Youth Services grow even further in the coming years.
Harley Jones takes the CEO seat left by Katy Leclair who stepped down from the position after two years.
