The Fifth Avenue development project was recently discussed with the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Representatives from Ryan Companies, who’ve partnered with the city to take on the community engagement and planning of the project, presented their information to the chamber at a recent luncheon.
Feedback from the chamber focused on land use, parking, and possible office space or housing options in the development.
“The attainable and affordable housing has come up on a regular basis so we’re studying that,” said Vice President of Development for Ryan Companies Jim McDonald. “We’ve done a little bit of homework on it but we’ve got to do more. That’d be the one thing I want to make sure we dig into and give ample consideration to.”
There’s a survey available on Ryan Companies’ website where you can give your input on the Fifth Avenue project, too.
Ryan Companies first update meeting with the Naperville City County Council takes place on December 19.
