As Ryan Companies moves forward with community engagement on the 5th Avenue development process, they are asking for your opinion. A land use and height survey is now live on the development website.
You can answer questions about your preferences on housing, shopping, amenities and parking for the area. You will also be given the option to share your maximum acceptable height for buildings on each of the six lots in the 13 acres being considered for development.
Ryan Companies officials say more than 200 people have already sent in responses. The survey will be available until enough people have answered to make a statistical representation of the community.
Ryan Companies will present preliminary results from the survey at the April 17 Naperville City Council workshop.
