Fox Valley SCORE recently hosted their third annual Small Business Forum at the NIU Naperville Campus.
The non-profit group aims to help entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed by providing counseling and other resources.
This event brought those small businesses together for a day of learning and networking.
The activities kicked off with a keynote address from local small business owner Becky Anderson, who shared some insights into how Anderson’s Bookshop has stayed in business for over five generations.
Attendees were then able to join different breakout sessions focused on finances, marketing and more.
April 30 to May 6 was national Small Business Week.
