We hop in the pool one last time this winter season for the boys play of the week with the Neuqua Valley Swimming Team. After the Neuqua Valley Girls Swimming team brought home a state trophy in the fall… the boys were up for the competition to do the same… They were able to achieve second place at the big dance thanks in large part to two relays who grabbed first place. The 200 yard free relay team which consists of Connor Boyle, Patrick Jenson, Matt Townsend and Jimmy Senese finished in first in 1:23.51 seconds giving the Wildcats 32 points and then the 400 free relay team with Jack Hiss, Tanner Schray, Jimmy Senese and Connor Boyle finish in 3:03.36 seconds for another 32 points sealing Neuquas best state finish since 2009 and this weeks team play of the week.
